A sewage treatment plant in Beijing was designed with a daily sewage treatment capacity of 90,000 tons using the advanced BIOLAK process. It takes advantage of our HTB-2000 series belt filter press for sludge dewatering on site. The average solid content of sludge can reach over 25%. Since being put into use in 2008, our equipment has operated smoothly, providing superb dehydration effects. The client has been highly appreciative.

MCC constructed a sewage treatment plant in Huangshi.
The plant operated using the A2O process treats 80,000 ton sewage per day. The treated effluent quality meets the GB18918 primary discharge A standard and drainage discharges into Cihu Lake. The plant covers an area of over 100 mu (1 mu=666.7 m²), which was constructed in two phases. The plant was outfitted with two HTBH-2000 rotary drum thickening/dewatering belt filter presses in 2010.

SUNWAY installed two HTE3-2000L heavy duty belt filter presses in 2012. The machine treats 50m³/hr and its inlet sludge concentration is 1%.

The plant installed two HTBH-1500L belt filter press combined rotary drum thickeners in 2008. The machine treats 30m³/hr and its water content of inlet mud is 99.2%

The plant installed two industrial filter presses for sludge thickening and dewatering in 2014. The machine treats 240 cubic meters of sewage (8 hr/day) and its water content of inlet mud is 99%.
